My Review:
This is my second time reading any of Brooklyn Wilde’s work
and I have to say, she writes some very intense, touching and emotional stories
with a perfect amount of spice to heat things up. A great read for any fans of
the genre!
Ethan has experienced a very traumatic and physically
damaging accident that has caused him to have to make many drastic changes in
his life. He starts off as a bitter man, angry and feeling deeply sorry for
himself. But that all begins to change from the first time he meets his
physical therapist, Sarah.
Sarah has a lot of experience with helping those in need of
physical rehabilitation. She’s always very professional and hopes to continue
that way throughout her career. She has dreams and plans to have her very own
business in the future. But those all seem so far away and some things majorly
change once she meets the stubborn Ethan.
I loved all of the characters in the story. The story itself
was deeply touching. I just have one complaint. The ending!!!! I wanted more.
It built up so nicely and then it seemed like, BAM! Done. Is there going to be
another book in addition to A Broken Man? I would love to see how this all
progresses J
